Here’s our #1 favorite recipe for a coffee smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 125ml coconut water
- 1 tsp ground almonds or 5 whole almonds
- 8g chia seeds (okay to skip)
- 1 shot of espresso or 5 ounces coffee at room temperature
- Up to 1 cup ice if desited
Pop everything into a blender and let ‘er rip!
