“Coffee from a craft roaster, roasted within the past 7 days, ground within the past 5 minutes, 8 grams for every 5 ounces of water, steeped for 2 minutes with 175-190 degree filtered watered, allowed to cool to 150 degrees,  with measured & repeatable proportions of coffee to water.”
