How wonderful it is to have smartphones everywhere so you can record scenes like this.

A Starbucks manager in Elmhurst Queens, NY lost their cool and blew up at a customer.  The customer Ruby Chan posted the video to her Facebook page, it went viral and away we go.

This video has been viewed 3.5 million times so far which is amazing.

Maybe that’s why the Starbucks district manager later gave the customer a $100 Starbucks Gift Certificate and issued an official statement to apologize.
